Learning has never been more fun!
Experiment, Reflect, Discuss and Debate on issues related to Active Learning in Engineering Education in a highly international context at the 8th ALE International Workshop / 9, 10, 11 June 2008 Bogotá - Colombia
  Rather than the traditional mix of plenary talks and paper presentations, ALE workshops aim at involving participants in hands-on sessions, debates, active plenaries and poster activities.

This workshop will focus on the following topics:

Designing and Implementing an Active and Equitable Engineering Education

* Curriculum or Course design using Active Learning
* Evidence of effectiveness of Active Learning
* Management of Active Learning
* "Customizing" Active Learning
* Dreams and Nightmares

Contributions on other Active Learning themes (cooperative learning, tools for group work, faculty development, student training, …) will also be welcome.
